“Giving up control was the best thing I ever did.”

You don’t control it all.

You can’t control it all.

Realising this can set you free!

When you let go of needing to control everything, you free yourself up to live a more enjoyable and productive life.

We do need to feel in control of our lives in order to feel secure. It is one of our primary psychological drives. It is part of human nature.

We have a need to feel secure and safe and in control of our own destiny.

This is why it can be so difficult when we feel like we are not in control of our lives. When we feel out of control, we can become anxious and stressed.

There are ways to help ourselves feel more in control of our lives. One way is to make sure we have a good support system in place. This could include family, friends, or professional help. Another way is to take steps to improve our own personal situation. This might mean working on our self-esteem, or taking steps to achieve our goals.

Whatever we can do to feel more in control of our lives will help us to feel more secure and less stressed.

We can also help ourselves feel more in control by taking time out to relax and enjoy life.

There are many habits we can build to help us focus on what we can control.

There are many things in life that we can’t control. The weather, other people, the economy – these are all examples of things that are out of our control.

But there is one thing that we can always control, and that’s ourselves.

When it comes to focus, the best place to focus our control is intrinsic. That means focusing on ourselves – our thoughts, our emotions, our actions. By controlling these things, we can take control of our lives and make sure that we’re always moving in the right direction.

It’s easy to get caught up in trying to control the things around us. But if we can focus on controlling ourselves, we’ll be much better off in the long run.
